Brian was able to literally rebuild the Mutliverse in its entirety.
But I would put the IG above Merlin simply by the fact that the IG makes one God beneath LT according to you own words. Hence above Merlin and Jaspers.
and the IG could be used to conquer two multiverses and the Reality Gem and the power gem? I think ore was it the four other gems that created universes and stacked them on top of each other with ease.

Fury was only able to do that cause Fury was basically immune to Jaspers' warp.
I would say it is pretty safe to assume that the IG is immune too, and you know fully well that if the Fury had known right from the start what Jaspers weakness was MJJ would have been teleported there by fury in a instant, the wielder of the IG knows this, and even there even though he have the Reality Gem at his disposisal, it still wouldn't be enough to defeat the Reality Gem on the IG with full capacity from the power gem.
Jaspers controls Reality absolutely ... the IG gives one control over Reality completely.
The IG makes one master above Time, Space, Soul, Power, reality and Mind. I would say that the wielder of the IG gaines as much control over reality as Jaspers does.
Reality in it's basic form is Time/Space,
everything else is an extra component that completes a balanced universe
(like Chaos/Order(structure)Galactus/Inbetweener(balance)and Death/Oblivion(consonance)
All these conceptual ideas are part of Reality,
and everything existing withIN Time/Space is part of Reality.

The only boost the Reality Gem would give Jaspers is the power to create from nothing.
Which means the cheesy "bfr" move is out of the question.
Not if the IG wielder can overrule it... He will most likely be capable of erasing the reality just as fast as Jaspers can remake it with the reality gem ore simply remove reality with the use of the space gem.

I'd say stalemate just cause I respect the IG so much.
Theoretically though, imo, IG should take the majority,
but Jaspers was also never defeated (other than Fury) and proved himself as an uber "god"
just like the IG makes one unquestionably.
It's really a tuff call to be honest.
Of cause it is all theory on what would happen if they meet judging from what they have shown and what references have been given to them etc.
