I would think it would be a better fight then that. Hasn't Executioner given Thor good fights before?

terrax has the versatility edge and the edge on overall power. but yeah, skurge has given thor hassles. he'd give terrax headaches for a little bit, but he wouldn't win. that scene during the simonson run where skurge uses the gun to fend off all those demons was purely classic . . .

Executinor can virtually anyone with his Axe, that's definitely a plus.
