The Shade and Shadow Thief are too much for Prime in my opinion. Current Shade pretty much stalemated The Shadow Cabinet and the JLa on his own with The Shade on his side Prime goes down thanks to his weakness. After that Light Ray vs Raven, The Shade and Shadow Thief is spite

team one. Light tray powers SMP to new limits.

The dude is at least, if not, on par with The Spectre.
He is the best user of the Darklands power, the realm of GEB.
