Captain Marvel for a majority. Physically, he's powerful enough to bust through constructs, especially if his strikes are amped with magical energy, something most power rings have been shown to be less resistant to. He's also durable enough to tank energy blasts from the Qwardian rings as well. Playing on his fears probably won't work either as the Courage of Achilles and Wisdom of Solomon give him tremendous mental fortitude.

Captain Marvel for the majority; Sinestro will put up a fight, but Jake put it right: Billy's strong enough to fight the constructs/tank any energy blasts, and his blessings make him resistant to fear/abstract attacks Sinestro might employ.
