Rulk has been made into a herald of Galactus, has the Surfer's board and Morg's weapon. Loebforce is off though.

How would this go down?

If Uatu is actually watching what is going on, then maybe he won't get punched in the face by Rulk.

You can`t turn the Loebforce off, Rulk is the LF given form.
