Yeah, my own feeling is that Clifford takes this 9/10; he had no problem at all dealing with the hurricane in "Clifford and the Big Storm", and that was before his last two upgrades.

all cap can do here is throw his shield down clifford's cave sized throat as he inevitably tries to chomp him like any dog would.
