depends on what state Galactus is in and also whether he uses his powers smartly.

Galactus was dismissive of Tyrant and caused himself problems as a result.

imo, Galactus could win 3-5/10, as things stand.
given a boost and a bloodlust, I can see him taking 7-9/10
given his UN, 10/10

IB had to draw Galactus into a point of reality that was inbetween, in order to get a advantage over a Galactus, that depending on how you read it was either fed or hungry.

We dont know the circumstances in which G originally took out aegis and tenebras. He probably had prep as in a straight fight he lost to them.

IB=average G; Tyrant is weaker, but not a lot weaker.
