I'm not entirely sure, but I'm under the impression Silver Swan's sonics have a lot more raw power. She can't create constructs with them, but she can put out plenty of omph.

Plus, doesn't she have super speed and some strength?

Some due to all the cybernetics, but they weren't the focus at least, I don't think she'll speed blitz or anything.
