Most versions of the Spectre are greatly above Herald level.

Not sure this is winnable with those stips. MM really spoils the soup.

I guess if you allow Sentry at herald level to PIS-handle Owen, it's a ballgame, but still an uphill one. You'd need a prep solution after that. No group under these stips will have more raw power.

This is pretty good. But replace Black Alice with Sentry.

Sentry kills MM on arrival. Then starts ripping.
Pym supplies portals from the Infinite Mansion for everyone. And BFRs most of the bricks.
Strange makes most combatants feel their worst nightmares for a while then negates Enchantress' and Doom's sorceries.
Mister Fantastic unleashes fantastic weapons like the Celestial Kill Gun.
Thor appears and lets rip the God Blast.
