Marc? Potentially and wouldn't be surprised. I'm no expert on Moon Knight.

But Frank? I don't see Frank hanging with Team Captain America unless I missed him getting a power up after he was restored to life.

Not sure what your point is but Madame Masque is pretty tough.

Masque got pwned by Stark's secretary once I gotta admit that under Bendis she's pretty formidable, though. Stalemating Jessica Drew and embarassing Marc now... nice.
