Black Bolt

BB.

Supergirl who didn't know the meaning of the word restraint could probably take this. but any hesitation and I'd say bolt blasts her. Based on overall portrayal I rate her above most heralds but she's still no superman though I wouldn't really ever consider him anything approaching average for a kryptonian.

who among the heralds can take the full bb scream? which is more powerful a god blast or bb going all out? trying to gauge super girls chances. Is there anyway she can out run the scream? cause without bb going all out i believe super girl can beat him.

What's average for a kryptonian? I would probably back Black Bolt against any kryptonian short of Kal.

She has physically busted a moon at 99.8 % speed of light, choked manhunter with one hand, vanished right in front of wally, stalemated Mon-el, beat ultraman in three punches, stalemated Lobo in armwrestling for one hour and claimed she let him win and according to narration took a silver banshee scream which was at 10 billion decibels without much discomfort. Mind you a 10 billion decibels sound would pack more energy than entire universe's worth of energy. Take it as you want. Black bolt would beat her 5.5/10 as she wasn't as expierenced as Kal.

Black Bolt would have his hands full, but he has one hit knock out power with that voice of his, and if he let it go off in her face a couple of times this should put her down.

Black bolt can take a hit, he nearly put Gladiator down. Recently as in Superman 6 Superman easily overpowers her. She isn't too much for Black Bolt to deal with.

This is why Black Bolt would win. It won't be easy, but he'll be the one standing in the end.

Kara has taken Silver Banshee's scream. At full force, IIRC. BB would have to use one of his most powerful screams, but I doubt he could drop her.

anyone who thinks black bolt has a chance is a complete moron

If Blackbolt's scream were sonic in nature, that would be a solid comparison. BB's voice is actually just wide-range, all-destructive matter manipulation that is tied to verbal output (and has been treated as such for years, tied to his ability to control electrons).

Incidentally, I'd be game to take this to a battlezone were anyone game.

How fast is he?

At the least, Kara is fast enough to go from one side of the Earth to the other in under a second. For all intents and purposes, she'd be teleporting to his position unless BB is a near light speedster himself...

Not sure how fast he is but he ranks at a 6 out of 7 on the speed scale, with the Silver Surfer being a 7.

Powers
Black Bolt has the ability to unleash great destructive power through the use of his voice, but even the slightest whisper will release his power. Therefore, for the most part, he remains silent. This "quasi-sonic" scream is powered by electron energy that he draws in from the environment. At maximum the force is equal to that caused by the detonation of a nuclear weapon. Other possible manifestations of this harnessed electron energy include electron energy blasts, flight, enhanced strength (the "Master Blow" being a superhuman punch), ability to survive in space, and the ability to analyze and manipulate matter. The fork-shaped antenna that Black Bolt has worn upon his brow since childhood enable him to channel his powers in more directed, less destructive ways. Due to the fear of speaking while sleeping, Black Bolt practices a form of meditation, which may also help to enhance his abilities.

Black Bolt has defeated Apocalypse, Hulk, Magneto, Sphinx, Gladiator, one shotted Thing, made Sentry piss on himself, and there are probably more that I am forgetting.

I would give Gladiator, Hulk, Sphinx, and Magneto the majority against her, a high majority.

When did he defeat apocalypse, I remember apoc taking on x-factor and inhumans at the same time. Savage hulk has so many low showings, it isn't even funny. Sentry met the skrull bolt and resisted his whisper. Sphinx is a jobber whose only good showing was against galactus and he lost to nova with two ka stones!! Who hasn't beaten gladiator one way or another? Black bolt is in a hard battle here, now I would call it a split.

Speed is a bigger advantage than anything. It's common sense. Character's fight at their best ability. That means Kara would beat BB very easily if she used her speed on him. Plus her HV could end him if she really wanted to kill him.
