Only Dormammu.

Mephisto, if written well, can give Odin a run for his money but he'd still lose.

Thanos is the wild card here, if Avatar of Death means what Avatar of Infinity and Avatar of Oblivion meant to Quasar and Maelstrom in Quasar 25, then Thanos stomps.

I'm not familiar with the DC guys so I'll let other posters handle that.
