I'm ganna say Batman

The fighting in the Batman movies is more "realistic" than the cartoonish style used in the Avengers so I'm gonna say Black Widow because of that.

Widow.

Widow because she's faster and merciless. Batman's suit is far superior to Widow but that only means she'll shoot him in the face instead.

Probably gonna go with Widow. She just faced much tougher opponents and seemed to do better against them.
