Without Odin team 2 would be toast... but you included him.

Team 2 wins, thanos cries purple tears of defeat again.

This version of Red Hulk was able to KO a Watch, defeat Dormmamu and kill the Grandmaster. Add in Thanos (who didnt do that badly against Odin alone), and the Void (who was able to fight the FF, Avengers, and then some combined). Personally, Im going with Team 1 here, namely due to Team 2 relying solely on Odin to win it for them.
