I remember when it was outright stated that Hulk's power was magnified and increased noticeably but Carver and co. argued that Dracula's researchers had no idea what they were talking about etc. As if, the intent of the writer wasn't painfully obvious.

Then resorted to lowballing Nul just to prove Hulk couldn't have been amped.
