A dark Story (like Punisher MAX) Superman VS Thor, must be as Brutal as Possible.

But for purposes of this thread, I just thought theirs being the only crossover (I'm aware of, anyway) where the characters didn't fight was a cop out, probably because the companies couldn't decide who should win.
