Wolverine's healing factor is turned off. Batman's only weapon is a pair of thigh bones from a dead Kryptonian. Who wins?

Wolverine, but Batman would put up a fight.

It's more 60-40 in favor of Wolvie imo. And here's why I think so... Both are undoubtedly skilled enough to tag each other, and even though Logan's healing factor is turned off, he still has adamantium bones that will protect him to a degree much better than what Bruce has here. I think the punishment of the battle will take a fatal toll on Batman before Wolverine given the circumstances.

Cogito
As much as I loathe him, Wolverine wins.

Both are skilled enough to get hits in, but Wolverine still has his claws and they're much better weapons than bones.

Flyattractor
Batman wins cause Wolive has no skill when it comes to the Defensive style. he lets his HF handle that and thus with out it. Bats pushes his cake in.

Batman 90/10

Yes he does. That's one of the things he developed in Japan.

dial J for Josh
Wolverine does have the capacity to be technical. He just abuses the fact that he has a retarded healing factor. So who gives a crap.

I doubt Wolverine will be able to shred Kryptonian bone like he would a steel bo staff or Billy club. The thigh bones should serve as excellent defensive weapons. With Wolverine's healing factor off, the additional weight of the the adamantium theoretically should either slow him down or increase his rate of fatigue. If Bruce can bob and weave for a few minutes, without getting eviscerated or impaled, Wolverine should tire out leaving him vulnerable to a bludgeoning attack.

Are kryptonian bones are still going to be super-durable after the death of their owner? Somehow don't see them utilizing sunlight the way living, whole kryptonians do.

Odekahn
But I'm not talking about attacks blocked by the bones, I'm talking about the hits that actually land.

What if Wolvie pops his claws out after his HF is turned off and was bleeding out like a stuck pig?

Depends on if he has the exterior adamantium tube openings on the top of his hands.

Wolverine won't bleed out quickly enough for it to matter, unless Batman deliberately prolongs the fight and doesn't tire out himself in the process.

Batman has some impressive endurance feats. Does Wolverine have ANY endurance feats when his hf is shut down?

Yes, superman's dead body was no selling attacks from Gemmnae in Obsidian age who had the magic of entire world at that point.

I love how in the back of the old school cards it says how many wins and losses a character has. Wolverine was pretty high, IIRC.

Memories of going to the card shop. I had one near my house and bought the whole Marvel set in a tin container.

Pfft. I credit Manitou Raven's magic, more than filthy Kryptonian carcasses.

Manitou only revived them.

So they were all using their own powers to run around etc?

Like Batman was?

Batman was just a ghost barking orders. He directly stated that superman stop those attacks till his bones stand up.

"Souls sheathed in the raw materials left behind." Even against magic Superman was the most durable being in JLA.
