- Both have 8 hours prep
- Both have access to tech
- Fight takes place in city with civilians around
- Both are in character, CIS
- No PIS

Who wins?

Lex, IMO.

But can see Bats winning too....split?

The bat would have better moves and some tech whereas Lex would tech up

IMO I think the bat would red sun lamp the place but Lex would be wearing a blue sun suit

lol,but, I agree.

The fact that CIS is on and their are civilians in the city, I would give the win to Lex. Bats would have to restrain, and not go full offensive
