Shatterstar got mind-controlled by Mister Sinister and killed Foggy. Failed to explain things to Matt, he needs to fight him back.

Going by feats, Daredevil would wreck Shatterstar.

Shatterstar is one of those characters who should be a top street-level guy, considering his stats and bio. I don't think he's ever been shown as anything but fodder.
