Mephisto was on Earth and no longer King of Hell and weakened. This was stated on panel.

Those Thors and Surfers were "mind constructs". Were they even real in the sense that Thor and Surfer are real or were they phantoms used to fend off the Others psychic creatures?

The "multiversal" fight, I'll give you.

The "multiversal" fight, I'll give you. He wasn't in his realm but he was never stated to be weakened. Only that he was a ghost and he didn't have near as much pull. Not to mention he was amping Agatha at the time too as well as his own powers. As well as he bitchslapped Surfer and ripped his soul out of Alicia pretty effortlessly.

They were as much real as the Other was, who was also a mental, yet physical being. It very much played out on the physical level though, considering they were formed in the universe and doing physical damage to the barricade. As well as Rachel also being a thought form.

That's hardly the best moment Scrier had. Exitar would win IMHO.
