Id side with Hercules and Iron Man as the more powerful overall team, not to mention the one with the most synergy and teamwork, IMO.

team deux. IM should be able to absorb a great deal of energy from FL to amp himself. ben's nothing. 2, 3, 1 imo, at least most of the time.
