Godhead should win rather easily. It was implied to be supreme-level being, at least before it was retconned to hell.

Pretty much, except it was retconned later on.

Anyway, look at your own scan, it says that the Godhead is the one from which all creation emanates from. Here's another mention from the previous issue:
