Larfleeze seems more powerful IMO

Larf still has more raw power, being his entire corps rather than having to spread some out to other rings.

Sinestro has the huge edge in experience, intelligence, etc.

I'd lean towards Sinestro

Lar doesnt have the power of his spectrums entity though, sinestrollax has all the power of parallax at his command.
