Is killing Eternity, and rebooting Eternity through Entropy enough to raise Genis stock to multiverse level?
I must concede, Genis would have never been able to defeat a willing multiversal Eternity.
Eternity wanted to "die," ... it's why Entropy manifested in the first place.
Now that aside, Genis still has a monumental feat under his belt, and that is:
... erasing all of space-time on a multiversal level. Space-Time (Eternity in this case) didn't fight back,
but that doesn't mean his substance (planets/galaxies/universeS) suddenly turned to putty.
Yea, immense power was still required to void out the physical Multiverse.

In the book,
Genis states that both he and Entropy "bound" Eternity,
but then Genis adds that it was he (Genis) who crushed Eternity.
