pretty sure genis wrecks him unless we go the speculation route for plutonian. he def demonstrated the beginnings of being something pretty uber, but limited displays makes it hard to give him a win against someone as powerful as genis was.

Genis-vell should stomp him.

The explanations about the Plutonian powers are very fancy but he is just emulating Superman-like powers without having the feats to compete with Genis.

First tome i used him here, a couple years back, inwas told he was universal.
