Boltagon has an extremely high damage output. Boltagon isn't exactly a light weight due to amping, he warps space with crazy efficency under optimal conditions. Not seeing Etrigan winning this.

Etrigan has insane regeneration and can tank quite a lot. While Bolts scream can do some damage to him and cause pain Etrigan actually enjoys pain and the scream isnt puting him down hard enough or long enough for a win. Etrigan after a long hard battle.

While Etrigan has powerful magic he never uses it because he hates it. Jason Blood uses the magic of Etrigan far more than Etrigan so Mage simply isnt an appropriate title for him.

Yeah this is Black Bolt not Black Canary.

Etrigan has too many options here. He can BFR (he once sent Superman back in time) Black Bolt, uses shields to protect him, put spells on him, disintegrate him with hellfire, etc...
