My immediate first answer would probably have to be someone like Dr. Strange, Dr. Fate, Shazam, or someone like that. When it comes to hero's that could kill a blood lusted Superman, the list is kinda limited.

Also characters like PR Captain Atom, PR Ion, etc. Pre-retcon there were some hero's that got feats of beating Supe's. And PC Superman is one of the most powerful versions out there.

I think Supes can beat a lot of people but speed isn't the reason I am saying this. Billy is a major fight for him and that could potential end in a split. I always put Adam above both... I cant think of others and that is including the Flashes since their punches are usually like being hit by thousands of comfortable pillows.

That only proves Doomsday can tank over 5000 super punch's.

It's a feat for him, not a knock on Superman.

I think that the Surfer has a very good chance if he went all out. I don't see any reason why the PC could not make Superman develop an allergic reaction to sunlight, and instead of making him stronger it would begin killing him, or weakening him. The Surfer was able to alter Lunatik's genetics so this isn't something that I'm pulling out of left field, and Superman has had his powers tampered with in the past.

Surfer have a chance and Thor does as well. I thought everyone other than Superman is fighting in character against him?

I agree with Philo.

Superman has fought off phase shifting, distintigration, and exotic powers like Silver Banshee's mystically lethal scream. The whole Bio-Aura thing grants resistance beyond mere one dimensional durability.

Majestic w/ Creation Engine blades.

The list that could reliably do it is pretty short though.

Fortress Eradicator sure isn't on it.
