hard to say,BWH hasn't any superpower clarified in DC NATION's most dangerous top 10 villains,but in plot,he somehow have many inexplicity "superpower" like in justice league he knew lex luthor's time travel.have cards which could altering reality etc......but sometimes he appear to be no superpowers,like in dark metal last issue,he beaten by batman and joker in the hand-to-hand fight
