Hank takes him over as quickly as that female version of Ultron did. No contest, unless Tony became a super powerful technopathic wizard and I missed it?

That's exactly what Bleeding Edge is all about. Technopathy, and mainlining into his brain for augmented speed and reflex's.

I don't recall which armor the he was using when Ultron hacked him. Was he in the Bleeding Edge at the time?

Hank is a lot more powerful than Tony as-is. There'd be no reason for him to to the technopathic route here.
