Who wins?

well....he beat atlas in the red and silver armor pretty handily iirc. if you're talking pre-red/silver atlas would probably take it. his classic red/gold armor has some great feats to its name though. funny that the red/gold armor netted him a clean win vs hulk but his newer more power buster armors always fail miserably.... lol

Maybe that's his problem. He's so caught up in the past, he hasn't realised Hulk is stronger now.
