He was afraid to fight her. Even said he can't hold back against her and chose to bfr her instead of fight.

It's part of his abilities, so I guess we can say it's not an amp per say but stacking it on top of a sun dip is most def an amp. Using it under normal conditions isn't

Who said anything about 'beat'? I said he mentioned being afraid of her, and he did. Even while amped, he ran as fast as he could from her. He immobilized every other JLa'er except her. He ran WHILE AMPED. Normal Jon can't beat her, doesn't stand a chance tbh, amped would give her a fight. Hulk would destroy him without bfr.

He's also fast enough to steal WWs lasso from right under her nose. That's faster than anything Hulk has done
