and a lot of other street levelers are actually genetically enhanced

so the ones who are not enhanced who can beat batman h2h

Sometimes its hard to differentiate from enhanced and requiring a certain skill. Most skills seem like superhuman abilities. Like Lady Shiva or Taskmaster for example. Dont think they are officially Mutants or enhanced, but their skill make them seem like anything but ordinary humans.
