Silver Age Supes, has World Breaker met his limit here? He gets 30 minutes of intense rage building strength before the fight begins.

Just to be clear. The SA Superman refers to 1956 to 1970 feats. Or is the Superman that wasn't depowered due to the Sand Superman?
Since technically, SA/mainstream Superman also appeared in Golden Age
For example:
Superman referred "The Thing from 40,000 A.D." story in DC Comics Presents 89

That story was published in Superman 87(February, 1954)

Later it reprinted in The Best of DC 42

Two years before Barry's debut

Two years before Barry's debut Yes this is the SA Supes before the sand Superman incident that dramatically reduced his power level.

So I think Superboy is also allowed? Since E-2 Superman never had a Superboy career/basically ruled out the doubt that Superboy-related comics are Kal-L instead of Kal-El

Not saying Superman needs it. But I think uses Superboy is much more a fight than Superman. Since Superboy already can be argued he can beat WBH

I feel this is one of feats that is ignored due to it's eclipsed by Superboy's "pulling an entire galactic inhabited planets with smile at his face"
But in here, Superboy quickly pushes an entire huge planets to create an enough gravitational pull to steer a star from its path, while he was being weakened by said star's unknown components

Superboy is Kal-El/Clark here
I mean, Superman did use his superbreath to blow out a star, use it to move a giant star, destroy a solar system with a sneeze.
Or here, constructing a solar system, and later smashing its burned-out star with one blow, then scouring around for billions of miles and pushing it to his solar system in order to replace the one he just destroyed(in one panel)
