the gist of it is

eternity wanted to die, so genis and entropy was able to kill him and destroy the old universe/multiverse

then

genis shoot entropy in the head, the energy discharge from entropy created a new universe (multiverse), and entropy become the new eternity embodying the new universe/multiverse. Just like his father

in the same issue eternity was referred to as the essence of the multiverse
