where does he stand in power? sub-universal? Universal? Multiversal?

Please use feats to show exactly how powerful is a high end galactus

i don't think there's such a thing as a "fully fed" galactus. as we saw during the black celetisal arc, his ability to consume is pretty much limitless.

fed galactus is the more appropriate term

well yeah he's not capped at a fixed level depending on the numbers of planets he's eaten but i'm just trying to get a gauge in general here
