Diana has her speed (combat and movement), her tiara, and her bracers to deflect any energy attack Carol can come up with. Once she lasso's her, It's over. Billy wishes he had those options.

billy's top end feats are just better

for starter surviving tesseract bomb

stop moon rotation that sped up by warp drive

punches so hard it makes a black hole

these are better than anything carol has ever done in her entire history

also lawest don't really read any comics so he doesn't really know any of these characters and their power levels. but hey im not allow to make fun of him he's 65 yrs old

anyway, yeah billy should be able to take either of her forms. we also don't forego past feats just because someone has been written differently more recently...a case could be made that he destroys her in either form.
