Yet he manages to steal her lasso and fly off. Unless Immortal Hulk has speed feats on par with a serious WW, Jon could dance around her all day long like Black Panther was able to dance around a serious Immortal Hulk.

It's not Hulk, that's why. I've seen people with Superman powers perform terribly with them. I'm sure you can find relevant showings instead of relying on a controlled Hulk and a character that isn't Hulk. It's like me bringing up Batman beating a mind controlled Superman with a whistle. My entire argument here is Spiderman isnt close to being as adept with the power as Banner is, and that was proven when a weak ass Banner beat Spiderman with ease.
