Batman and Lex Luthor team up against Doom. Month of prep for both sides.

I want to say the team wins, just because the two of them balance each other out and can call each other out on things (assuming perfect teamwork and they don't spend the month fighting each other). Doom is great, but his arrogance and single mindedness can blind him to his own faults.
