who is the weakest dc character that can beat Griever at the end of all things and Phoenix Force

The implication was that full power Franklin Richards>Griever. So maybe a character like classic Ion to beat her?

The PF is a different animal though (especially since Ewing took the reigns and put the PF above even Beyonders). Not sure who the weakest DC character would need to be for her? Mxyzptlk maybe?
