Team 1: Steel, War Machine, Cyborg Superman


Team 2: Iron Man, Metallo, Cyborg (Teen Titans)

all of them possess their regular armor (so no imperiex armored steel or hulkbuster iron man)

It would probly come down to Iron Man and Metallo vs Cyborg Supes, in which case it could go either way since Cyborg Supes is really impressive but Iron Man and Metallo are the furthest thing from a pushover.
