Kimberly (Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers) vs Lucy Diamond (D.E.B.S.)

Kimberly doesn't have her Ranger powers. Hand-to-hand skills only. My money is on Lucy.

This counts because there have been MMPR comics and D.E.B.S. started off as a comic.
