The Mutant X version of the Goblin Force was mad powerful. Killed the Phoenix Force AND Galactus.

Spectre would have to be a full-power.

I never really read X-Men... Is that the source of the Goblyn Queen's power?

yup, just like the source of Dark Phoenix's power is the Phoenix Force, the source of the Goblin Queen's power is the Goblin Force.

Yep. It was basically an evil anti-thesis to Jean Grey's Phoenix Force. I know Mutant X's version was very powerful. However I'm unsure of how powerful 616's is.
