Blackbolt. One scream and Vision is scrap metal.

Obviously... Unless Vision becomes intangible... which might not work...

Intangibility probably won't work, because he'll still have electrons to manipulate. He can't get too hard for BB to shatter with his voice. Vision is pretty much screwed.
