sorry but i got to go with dare devil he'd probally hear him coming dodge his attack and then get his rope thing wrap it round hislegs an then chuck him in a pool of water and damage his power suit

he has enhanced strength and invulnerability. Im not sure how enhanced though. It might be a 3 on the scales on Marvel.com
