Yup issues 10 to 15 the "Olympus" arc, (strange coincidence Olympian) all look like that and in colour.

Jonny Bates had been physically and sexually abused for years (in his human form) He was locked in a dodgy childrens home asylum (his a bit like Billy CM's mortal host) resisting the urge to transform into Kid Miracleman and take his revenge on the system that had been torturing him. Then one day, he is being homosexually gang raped and out of need he resist anymore... bye-bye London.

Whether little Jonny and Kidd MM were two separate beings or whether it was just one person with a split personality, the two halves of Kid Miracleman weren't in agreement. The human side didn't want to release Kid Miracleman because he was afraid of what that side might do if it got loose, especially since Kid Miracleman's consciousness had been ranting and raving in the back of his mind ever since he'd come out of the coma. But when he was being abused, he couldn't take it any more, gave into temptation, and said the magic word.

And that's when the massacre started.

Before issue 3 Kid Miracleman had not been human for decades and had become total evil.

Kid Miracleman went evil because absolute power corrupts absolutely. With Young Miracleman dead, Miraclewoman in hiding, and Miracleman amnesiac, he thought he was the world's only superhuman for decades. He used his powers for personal gain, and . . . well, he became corrupt. Add that to an enforced imprisonment in a child's mind and a huge grudge after his initial defeat at the hands of a returned Miracleman, and you have one seriously insane superman.

Hmm. My first instinct is to go with Hyperion. He had his friggin neck snapped, and just reached up and twisted his head back around. He also cracked Holocaust's armor in half with ease, when Nate Grey could only crack it with massive strain.

Well, Miracleman was kinda like Captain Marvel. He spoke a magic word and transformed into another being with flight, speed, super strength and invulnerability. I think, though, that Kid Miracle Man was quite a bit more powerful.
