Naruto vs Shikamaru=Naruto(he'd tap into demon chakra and it will all be over)
Sasuke vs Neji=I'm going to say Neji simply because I hate sasuke. Afterall, there is no telling what current Neji can do yet.
Rock Lee vs Shino=Lee. I'd love to use my brain orgy theory but Lee is just to fast. Shino is a thinking type.
Kakashi vs Gai= Kakashi
Chouji vs Ninja Dog=Chouji, he deserves more credit
Itachi vs Orochimaru=Itachi. Orochi is scared of him.

naruto vs shikamaru: I'd say Shikamaru naruto is way too stupid to be able to fight him.

sasuke vs neji: I would have to say neji becuase of the 64 points attack

lee vs shino: shino becuase he can drain lee's power with his bugs, and he is a bad ass.

kakashi vs gai: kakashi becuase he sexyer

choji vs dog: dog.....without a question

itachi vs orochimaru: orochimaru becuase he has mastered almost every skill, and is one of the 3 best.

why shino over lee?

He wouldn't have to his bugs will. Shino is a bad ass most people don't know too much about him becuase he hasn't had a backstory like most other characters. but he is the strongest IMO out of the bunch. His bugs eat chakra so the whole time you are fighting aginst him your energy is getting drained. You have only seen him in one fight so far and he beat that guy in one hit, after filling his hands with bugs.

I could be wrong he could loose but I think he'd win becuase he almost just as smart as shikamaru but 10 times more bad ass.

I know what you mean dirk. Shino is seriously underestimated, but I don't see him beating lee. I think he'd uberpwn Gaara though. Shino's only hope would be to get a female insect inside Lee's head before the battle. Lee will knock Shino out, but the bugs have a will of their own, so they'd literally mind rape lee. Unless Lee has some Raid anyway. I say Lee 8/10

Don't read this post if you watch the english version it contains a spoiler.

The Itachi Orochimaru isn't as clear cut as that. Orochimaru only said Itachi was too powerful for him to manupulate like he did with saskue. Orochimaru is on par with Tsunadi and Jayria. And itachi and the shark dude ran away from Jayria becuase he would have opened a can of whomp ass and they knew they couldn't win.

So it is very very unclear on just who would win between the two. But I would love to see them fight. But If I were a beting man I'd bet itachi as well but it would be a very close fight. After all orochimaru did kill the third
