Now I'm just copying Mangafox fights. But I'm at least not copying the spitey fights like Akatsuki vs Konoha 11 so I think I deserve some credit.

Any who, this is Sasuke with an Incomplete Susano'o. The one used to smash the pillars. This is regular Gaara I guess, no Bijuu.

Fight takes place where Sasuke fought A. Will the mighty Kazekage be able to stand up to the might Uchiha Avenger!? You decide!

Strange as this sounds I might give this to Sasuke. With CIS off, he can just use Tsukyomi on Gaara and take over the fight. Gaara hasn't shown any genjutsu defense that I know of.

Just my thoughs.

My bad, I didn't mention they have full intel on each other.

And to quote the brilliant posters at mangafox, "Full intel allowed. Therefore Gaara will not fall for Tsukuyomi."

One could make the argument that with intelligence Gaara could cover his eyes and use the little sand eyeballs of doom to survey the battlefield while fighting Sasuke, avoiding eye-contact related Genjutsu at least.

Why? Since he knows about Sasuke's genjutsu they will not work on him. Obviously.

Though in all seriousness, that isn't a bad idea. mmm

It is a good match up because Sasuke's MS jutsu are not really effective here. Can he win, I actually doubt it. Sasuke w/ the arrow-wielding Susanoo would win though.

Well, Sasuke knows about the 3rd eye and could damage it.

I will note that lightning trumps rock (including sand- his chidori did pierce Gaara's sand sphere before). If Sasuke doesn't get too focused on the eye techniques and goes for Kirin instead, he'll win.

It worked with freaking Madara.

That's because Madara was standing on Sand.

We saw how far Chidori gets against one sand shield layer. But with TWO layers, like I suggested...Gaara avoids any and all attacks from Sasuke's lightning and therefore, can never by touchtededededeedededed with the lightning tekneeks.

Alternative option: Sasuke uses genjutsu on the 3rd eye. evillaugh

Kirin should be able to blast through layers, IMO.

I might also add that given then enviroment, making a second layer on his rock shield might not be probable. He doesn't have much sand in this area to work with.

Edit: And yes, Kirin would obviously wreck that defense. Dunno if Sasuke could manage to pull Kirin off though.

Again, Gold Sand gives him an out. The Raiton vs earth thing is basically irrelevant.

'Last time' was in Part 1. He hasn't lost control since, and he doesn't have Shukaku here.

It worked out fairly well. He barely got touched...at all.


He freaked out because he saw his own blood.


This is why he double layers it...making it impossible for Sasuke to touch him even with stabbitdy lightning stabs.


Edit - I'd Say Naruto's giant sage ball rasengan would be the best counter to Gaara's defense sandball thingie...even if he double layered.
