title says it all currently from all that has been seen what is the strongest attack?

Final Getsuga Tensho. There is no debate, here, on whether or not that is the most powerful.

From all the anime or an especific character? If it is from all the anime mine are:
Black Coffin by Aizen
or
Cero Metralleta by Stark

If it is of a specific character (in this case I think Ichigo) it is:
Final Getsuga Tenshou

But yea I think Final Getsuga Tenshou OWNS but the other ones are just cool.

NARUTO - RASENSHURIKIN
ITCHIGO - FINAL GETSUGA TENSHOU
LUFFY - GIGANTI NO PISTOL
SASUKE - SUSANO/MONGEKYOSHARINGAN

Naruto's strongest attack is the Bijuu Ball, obviously. Luffy's would be Gigante Thor Axe and Sasuke's would probably be Kirin.

Ichigo's is the same as the answer to this thread: Mugetsu.
