Super Vegeta, the one that owned Cell 2nd form (17 absorbed).

If Piccolo had learned kaioken from King Kai. Would he be able to beat Super Vegeta with 10x or 20x kaioken?

If Kami-Piccolo could use kaio-ken? Then yes, he could beat that Vegeta! Pretty solidly, I'd think.

What we know:
Super Vegeta>>>2nd Stage Cell>>>1st Stage Cell>>>Android 17=Kamiccolo.

Despite the gap that exists between them, it is hard to imagine Vegeta being more than 20x more powerful than Kamiccolo-- so I'll side with the Nemek here.

Piccolo stomps. He would be like "oh fight me at my full power" and dumbass Vegeta would be like "power up then sucka...... shit......"

I'm thinking KaioKen at these levels would be devastating. He should own the shit out of everyone unless it just makes his body assplode.
