Can they win?

Not a chance. Beerus was so casual about Moro that there's no way Goku even comes close, and Vegeta certainly won't beat Beerus with his own trick after just learning the basics.

Beerus stomps. He is stated by Toyo to be one of the examples of "perfection beyond perfect" that Goku hasn't reached yet and should aspire to. And we already know that Vegeta can't even touch Beerus' level yet.
